By accessing or using the Devadiya Foundation website (devadiyafoundation.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and charitable purposes only. You may use this site to:

• Learn about Devadiya Foundation's programs and activities
• Make voluntary donations in support of our mission
• Register interest in volunteering or partnerships
• Access news, events, and publications

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to impersonate any person or organization, or to collect data without express permission.

3. Donations & Refund / Cancellation Policy

All donations made through this website are voluntary and made in good faith to support Devadiya Foundation's charitable programs. Devadiya Foundation is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors are eligible to claim tax deductions subject to applicable law.

Non-refundable nature: As a general rule, all completed donations are non-refundable. Once funds are received and applied to our programs, they cannot be reversed, as they are committed to ongoing charitable activities.

Exceptions — when a refund may be considered:

• Duplicate payment: If the same donation was processed more than once due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
• Payment error: If an incorrect amount was debited (e.g., ₹5,555 debited instead of ₹555), we will refund the difference upon verification of the transaction.
• Fraudulent transaction: If a donation was made without your authorisation (e.g., using your UPI or bank account without consent), please contact us immediately. We will cooperate with your bank and law enforcement.

How to request a refund: Email joinus@devadiyafoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction with your full name, transaction/UTR ID, amount, date, and reason. We will respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.

80G receipts: Provisional receipts are issued upon submission of the post-payment form. A confirmed 80G receipt is sent after payment is verified against bank records. Refunded donations will not be eligible for 80G deduction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Devadiya Foundation™ trademark, is the property of Devadiya Foundation and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Devadiya Foundation does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
